Kenneth Kang founder and director of the company graduated as a top ACCA affiliate and have wide range of experience working in the the auditing, consultancy and banking sector. He is also a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA).
He started his career in auditing with one of the Big 4 accounting firm and move to the firm’s consultancy department and was involved in Corporate Restructuring work. He was involved in a high profile debt restructuring work with debt amounting to more than S$150m. With deep industrial knowledge, disciplined cashflow and strong financial modelling methods, he has successfully assisted the company to restructure its debt which continue to be a successful business today
He then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank, Commercial Banking and have assisted various SMEs securing banking facilities which helps them grow their business.
During his tenor with Standard Chartered Bank, Kenneth realized that most successful SMEs have very strong business model but are facing challenges in areas of Financial/Human Resources Capital and also proper company infrastructure to support growth and sustain shareholder value. SMEs owners’ often have no idea what is the real return of investment of their business nor the business value drivers. This leaves SMEs owners’ with many questions to answer when they are presented with business situations or new business opportunities.
With his strong accounting, advisory and finance background, he has worked with many SMEs leaders and assisted them to address their business challenges which comprised establishing value enhancing business systems, improving the companies financial/management reporting functions and establishing a robust financing structure, with an ultimate goal of delivering long-term sustainable shareholder value.
